Dolly's Dream

There are many myths that surround pit bulls and pit bull type dogs at no fault of their own. These dogs are stereotyped, abused, abandoned, neglected and surrendered every day. Every year 1.2 million dogs are euthanized, approximately 40% of whom are Pit Bulls.

Furry Friends is proud to partner with the Dolly's Dream program to rescue, rehome, and one day help restore the image of all bully breed type dogs.

For more information about the program, please call our Adoption Center at 561.747.5311 ext. 2

My name is Jack and I am 4 year old terrier.  My previous owners took me to a veterinarian,  and they never came back to get me.  Now I am at the shelter and wondering if I will ever have a loving family.

My favorite hobby is fetching tennis balls, getting love, and relaxing in the yard.  I am still a little fearful of dogs, but thanks to my human friends, I am getting more comfortable.   How can you resist this face? I call myself Zorro!

Come adopt Jack in Palm City!!

Prince%20DD%20for%20website.png

Prince is 2 years old and came to Furry Friends because his owner said he was not getting along with the other dogs in the household. He is dog selective so a meet/greet with a current dog would be needed. He would be best in a home without small children. He loves to run so a big yard is important to him.  He is a large cuddle bug and enjoys chomping on ice.
