K-9 Cigo’s memory to live on in Furry Friends award

Furry Friends Adoption, Clinic and Ranch created the C.I.G.O. Award, which is intended to honor the human whose work falls in line with the nonprofit’s mission: “to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home abused and abandoned dogs and cats.” The first award, of what Furry Friends President Pat Deshong hopes will be many, will be given out on Friday during the Denim, White Diamond & Paws gala at the Club at Admirals Cove.
